Terri's DD

I originally bought the Teresa Collins December kit, but in the end only used a couple inserts for my album. The album itself and the rest of the inserts were used for Terri's album. I had this sheet of MME Lost and Found Christmas, and I loved it, but the color scheme is just really not me. It makes a cute cover, though.

 Terri liked the SS Handmade Holiday line the best this year, so I used some of that, some of last year's SS, and some coordinating papers I found in my stash.

December Daily 2012

This year I decided to start with an Avery Dennison binder from Office Max. I really loved last years OA Holiday Style line (even though it's a bit winterish) and decided to use it, with a little bit of extras mixed in.

Snapshot of the Season 2011

While flipping back through posts, I realized I had never posted the pics of my 2011 album. I prefer to do the Snapshot of the Season approach rather than daily. I accounted for anticipated activities (toy drive, wish lists, Jacob's nutcrackers, trip home) and some general pages.

 I added in an envelope to slide some pics of our elf on the shelf adventure.

Cosmo Cricket Snorkel

I've had this collection around for awhile; I've made a few layouts with it, so not a full collection.

I don't know; it seems kind of plain, lacking. I'll probably revisit it and add some embellies or something.

I had set this red piece from the collection down, and it happened to be on top of some MME leftovers and thought they looked good together, and the first thing that came to mind was the bluebonnet pics from this year.

 I actually have put some pics of Brandon fishing on this page, but it still needs a title and some embellishing.

Cosmo Cricket Social Hour

I originally wasn't enamored with this CC line, but I liked a piece here and there. I found a packet of it at Tuesday Morning for a few dollars and decided to play with it.

Cutting the circles out of a couple sheets of paper was kind of a pain, but they make a good border.

Not real sure I like this one. I can't decide if it allows the purple snake to stand out or be distracting.

Project Life, week 38

This week's paper pad: MME Miss Caroline. Not sure which one (there are 4 color collections). I've used this one before, but I really just enjoy the colors. I picked 6x6 pads through the end of the year, so I just have to hope the pics somewhat match :)

 This is also the first project that I used my new Scotch ATG (tape gun) on...it takes some getting used to, especially the "it's stuck down forever" aspect.

Project Life, week 37

This week's paper pad: Basic Grey Clippings. I like that a lot of the layering is already done, but it doesn't look fake and flat like a lot of the old HOTP paper did.

 A mix of BH Clementine, Amber, and Turquoise cards. Love that they can mix and match with patterned paper.

OA Fly a Kite

After I reached my 365 goal, I got bad about actually updating, and then Blogger wouldn't let me log in, something about the Swagbucks toolbar and Google Chrome not getting along. Oh well. Swagbucks is gone and I can finally post some stuff. I'm going to go ahead and post and count the stuff I did before Oct 31 and count it in my final total.

I didn't have a lot of Fly a Kite; it was cute, but more pink than I normally go for. I do like the two layouts I came up with, though.
