6x6 Summer Challenge

Once again I hosted a summer challenge to use 6x6 paper pads. There were 24 challenges altogether, and I managed to complete all of them.

On the Grid (create a grid design)

Get in Shape (using a shape other than square/rectangle)

Use Your Words (emphasis on title). This was a total scraplift of a layout I saw on Pinterest.

Tag, You're It! (tags as the focal point)

Quilted Love (create a quilt shape)

Banner Day (banners as the focal point)

Line Up (lined up strips of paper)

Fill 'er Up (fill in a precut shape or fill up the page with a design)

On a Roll (use rolled paper as a design accent)

Framed! (back frames or create frames from 6x6 paper)

Mmm Pie (create a pie chart)

Hip to Be Square (square for the main design element)

April projects

I spent most of the month working on the layouts for the Photo Arrangement Replay class, so not much else got done.

Photo Arrangement Replay class

I purchased this class from Scrapbook Generations and then did all the sketches before leading a challenge on the message board. I really enjoyed these sketches, more than I expected to.

The basis of this class is using the same photo arrangements, but varying the background to come up with different looks.
