As soon as I saw this piece of paper at the store in Utah, I knew I was going to cut it down for my cover. I had to ink the two new sides; I think it turned out ok. I had to dig for the chipboard letters and then hope that I had all the letters, because I had my heart set on using them for the title.
A few inside shots: this is the 4th of July area. There is the backside of the 3rd, a transparency sheet, a tag sheet, and then the right hand side. I was excited to finally use my Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty paperkins!
One of my favorite inside pages. the color stip is one of those little KF "paint swatches" and the title, sun and ants are felt from that ScrapBuck order.
Jacob's birthday section. It's actually the left side, a bingo card for a pick of the cake, a sheer page, and then the right side.
Can you tell I like red and green together? The sun is on a tag insert. With my luck, since I put a "BBQ" border stip on here, it will rain that day.
This shows a couple days. I used the "10 things I love about summer" stip pocket that I just got at Archivers. The sun is really old.
Just for fun: my October album cover from last year. (It's gauze wrapped around the chipboard cover and googly eyes and rickrack for the mouth.) I'm thinking of stapling a small tage with the year down in the lower corner or on a metal rimmed tag added to the binder rings.

And the December album: sheet cover over paper. The hats sticking up the top are "wish lists" that the mall gave away when we were visiting Santa. I had the boys fill them out and they are opposite pictures of what they wanted most that year. I have some little red circle numbers in gold frames numbers to attach for the year, but not sure what kind of adhesive I want to use, since it will show through the back of the sheer cover.
June challenge items: Terri's album used My Minds Eye paper, Basic Grey paper, tags and ribbon. Mine used MME paper, BG paper, tags, ribbon, chipboard, border stips, buttons and themed stickers. I just now added the ribbon to the other two albums. So that's 13 points, and about 100 sheets of paper used up from my stash.
June total so far: 42
There is no way I'm going to make 100 points for this month, but I'm pretty happy with the progress and product usage so far.
