I think I'd rather be sleeping

I had such high hopes for my Thanksgiving layout, but forgot to take pictures. Oops.
Becky Higgins sketch. Used some really old BG (Skate Shoppe, maybe?) and Gypsy Font. Becky Higgins sketch.

Used some of my multitude of MM Chloe's Closet. I kind of hate how you can't see the "e" but I'm not going to change it.
Christmas paper from last year, some old Sticko stickers and BoBunny letter stickers. Since I'm doing a special seperate layout about the carriage ride for Jacob, I didn't have a whole lot to work with without reprinting pics.
My goobers. Taken on the roof. Scenic Route paper and some of the old EkSuccess colorable letter stickers.
Ok, not sure I like the big title/little picture thing. I wanted to use these felt letters but didn't remember them being this big. My snow pics weren't spectacular, but I wanted to scrap them, so this is what I came up with.

Merry Christmas to Me!

Really old patterned paper from Walmart, and a bullseye cut from some hunting paper that Brandon picked out at HL a long time ago. Full package of Jolees by You leaves and even some twistel. I thought for sure that I had a cricut cart with a stencil font, but nope. I didn't really mind busting out the foam stamps, though. I used to use them all the time.
Sniff, I miss Daisy D.
Gray background from a MME pad, stickers from BoBunny at HL and a very old MME frame and pocket. I almost wish I had printed all the pics in black and white.
I've been moving the Sweetwater paper around forever, I loved it but didn't want to use it, if that makes sense. Paired it with an old MME frame and die set. The full journaling says "These faces...make me glad I became a mom."
Paper from a MaMBI pad. I didn't like the yellow lights that were on there, so I covered them with orange stickles to play off Brandon's shirt. Then I thought, why not red stickle lights, too. Ooh, and pink. However, I didn't have light blue or green stickles, so I left them. I kind of like the variation. Used some old AC felt letters for the title.

Drummer Boy Cake

It's a three layer cake like the recipe called for, but it still looks a little short...oh well, it's tasty.

One of These Isn't Like The Others...

These red letters were my 4th choice; the other 3 (MM mailbox letters, fabric tags and acrylic kids letters) were all short a letter. Oh well. I like it.
Jacob likes looking at his tree print out, so I figured why not scrap it for him? It's not like I'm going to run out of Christmas paper anytime soon. Based on a Becky Fleck/Pagemaps sketch.
The circle ornament with the date was part of the red background but I thought it would be a good journal spot, hence the wonky Stickles. the red stickles down below clash a little bit, but it's the only color red I have.
More wonky Stickles work, but that's ok. To tell what a dork I am, I stickled the tag, then stacked the layout to move it out of Jacob's reach, forgettng that I stickled the trees on the left side as well and glued my layout together. Had to pry them apart and apply more stickles to hide the mess. Oops.
Snow, snow, snow...sunshine! LOL. I liked the colors. Papers are from the K &Co. travel pad at M's, just used the flip sides (actually, I only bought it for the flip sides.) Used Base Camp and Doodlecharms (egg) carts.

Over the Hump

I could have just slapped the pics on white paper and Jacob would have been happy to have another set of elevator pics to look at! Used the last of this sheet of FreshCuts. I loved those things. Daisy D paper, too. I'm working on convincing myself to use up my horde of it.
I am having such a hard time getting things to stick to this glitter paper! I'm really liking the Deja Views glitter die cuts from M's.
Simple and quick.
Ah, my lovely Christmas card. I have no patience to make homemade Christmas cards. I'm giving myself a point for the 35 of them, simply because I used them and got them out of my craft room. They were so cute, and I couldn't resist them on clearance for .25 a package.

"Sciss-ger" Time

Jacob let me get a few layouts done today. I came across this self-portrait from 2006 and decided to scrap it. MM paper and denim letters.
Can I just say that I love this one? October Afternoon NightLight line. The only bad thing about it was that the monsters were supposed to be die cuts, but I got a bad batch that weren't cut all the way through so I had to cut them out by hand. Sniff, sniff. Poor me.

The flash made these yellow letters look much brighter than they actually are. They're a pretty daffodil color. Journaling went around the photos because I didn't want to stick it anywhere else, but kind of had to explain the photos.

Santa Book

Did large pics on this just to see the difference. The stamp camp ones were medium. Here's the Santa book so far. Only showed a few pics, b/c it's mainly the same once you get going, just different papers and trims to match the pics. And, of course, you can't see the shiny on the title, but you get the general idea. I have to say this book has been so much fun to put together! Quick and satisfying! Don't know how many points for it, though.

A few crafts from Stamp Camp

The ornament stamp set has a matching punch, which I love! Made them so cute. And even better, SU now has embossing folders instead of just the embossing plates (like the Sizzix or Fiskars ones). It's labeled Sizzix, so it makes me wonder if Sizzix is going to start making the folders like Cuttlebug. And top right is the embossing on ribbon. Thought it turned out pretty good. :)

This little triangle box looks tiny, but it's actually 4" across at the bottom. I did a yellow, orange and white one at Halloween for a candy corn. Pretty cute.

Almost Halfway

Reminisce fall stack and Doodletype cartridge.
The tree line, journal block and striped paper were all cut from papers from the Joanns stack. I like this one.
MM paper, Jolees pumpkin stuff, Doodletype, Opposites Attract and Graphially Speaking cartridges. Becky Higgins sketch.
Uh. This one took me longer to move the papers around than the what the actual water fight lasted.

In the Groove

MS paper. I almost wonder if I shouldn't mat the whole page on a piece of cardstock.
Very simple one with Reminisice paper.

This picture cracks me up too much to not use it.

Not sure about this one. The pictures are almost too dark for the paper. Of course, the paper is almost too wooza in real life for most pictures.
Another layout with printing a pic from the web in lieu of a sticker. They don't make any Simba stickers that big, I didn't want to lose my points, anyway. And, uh, yeah. My m's are upside down w's. Had to get creative.

In the groove and moving on to a stack of fresh winter and holiday pics and a stack of paper pads just begging to be used.

Cricut play

Gypsy font. This looked better in my head. I think it was because I imagined the letters fitting together a little better.
Graphically Speaking numbers and Base Camp letters. The papers all are from my plethora of new Halloween papers this year.

Graphically Speaking numbers. Didn't really feel the layout needed journaling.

I can't believe that this layout sat around for a month or two waiting for me to cut out a "2".
Graphically Speaking number borders. I like how this one turned out.

More Halfpointers

I think I need some swirls up in the white area.
Couldn't find anything Clifford, so I copy and pasted an image from google into a word document and resized and cut. Unfortunately, it made Clifford look like he has really short ears.

The "texas" doesn't stand out as much as I'd hoped it would, but I like the font (the Stone Script cricut cartrdige). It's just one of those hard to manipulate ones because it's so fragile.
