kit challenge

On the message board, there was a challenge to create a large homemade kit, using one piece (paper, sticker sheet, etc) as an inspiration, then adding in paper, alphas, tools, and then embellishments.

I usually just pull papers, then add embellishments and alphas as I make each layout, so this was a different process than I've been doing lately. It's kind of fun to work with a kit again, but I definitely like it more when it's product of my choosing, lol.

I got 9 one page layouts and a 2 page base done. I put the embellishments and tools away, but may pull the paper back out to make some cards.

The background on this one is all stamped. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.

I couldn't get my printer to work right to print out a collage, so this will sit for now until I decide what I want to do with it.

May projects

I was pretty happy to finally use this Cock-a-doodle Designs easel die cut, which has been in my stash since around 2002. :)

Since we were busy with yard stuff for all of NSD weekend, and I was sore and out of it the following week, I only managed one layout for  the online crop, but I was actually the random winner chosen for the prize, lol.

April projects

I spent most of the month working on the layouts for the Photo Arrangement Replay class, so not much else got done.
