Same layouts, different papers and accents. I wanted to break up the long strip of white (the journaling block) so I stamped the date at the top and then used manilla tags for a base for some AE stamps. Allison Davis/sketch support sketch. There were 4 total layouts, so,

I didn't really get the title of these photos, something about Golden Day, so I left it for Terri to add her own title. There are 4 different layouts, each with a slightly different blue mat, but not different enough to warrant a bunch of photos. I had been playing with different color Distress Inks for a different layout, and had stamped a large area of light blue (Broken China) and for fun had punched out some stars. I liked them and decided to incorporate them into the layout. After punching some circles from a scrap of Basic Grey paper, I added buttons and twine and then used them to add a visual triangle to the layout. The gold glitter glue (Michaels brand) was giving me fits, so it has a very "shabby" feel to it.

Nice and simple, jazzed up a little with stickles around the mat. Allison Davis/Sketch support sketch and AE stamps for the title and along the top and bottom to break up the wide expanses of white. Nestabillities square label die for the title and journaling blocks. There were 3 total layouts, so

I had 4 different colors of background cardstock with this one, too, but in direct contrast with the turtles, I think the darker cardstock works better with this one. Allison Davis sketch (same as the Woof layout with the puppies). Doodlebug stamps for "eggs". And some really, really old Jolees By You grass die cuts. :)

4 layouts, the only thing different being the background color. I think the lightest blue really looks the best, which surprises me, since it's not normally a shade I like. Allison Davis sketch. It is supposed to be for 8 horizontal photos, but I adjusted it for the vertical photo and moved the journal block from the middle of the photos on the right page to the edge. The tan half circle is supposed to house the title with smaller circles lined up on either side of it, but, quite honestly I was too lazy to punch all the circles. At first I was just going to put the title on it, then decided to use some Stickles to make a turtle shell, then went, hmm..and punched out circles to make the head. I think they look kind of cute.

Small 2 photo collages were made with Diptic, using the 4 square template, cut in half.
