I had a little fun with this one :) I created a template out of plain paper and used my circle and rectangle coluzzle cutting things then laid it over my background and spritzed it with a combination of pink and yellow misters. I also misted the punched water borders to help them stand out. For the title, I used the H20 cricut cartridge. The layout is based on an Allison Davis/Sketch Support sketch. There were 4 copies of the layout, so
365 layouts total: 205 layouts and 5 mini albums
